PRMRY Reminders ("the Service") is a personal SMS-based reminder assistant operated by Andrew Singer ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you use PRMRY Reminders, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number

  • The content of text messages you send to the Service

  • Timestamps of incoming and outgoing messages

  • Task details you provide (such as reminder titles, dates, times, phone numbers, and notes)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Parse and store the tasks and reminders you send

  • Send you reminder text messages at the times you request

  • Maintain a record of your tasks for your reference

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is not shared with any third party except as required to operate the Service (such as our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, and our language processing provider, Anthropic) or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your messages and task data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
