PRMRY Reminders — Terms and Conditions

Program Name: PRMRY Reminders

Program Description: PRMRY Reminders is a personal SMS-based task and reminder assistant. Users text tasks, appointments, and reminders to a dedicated phone number. The Service parses, stores, and delivers reminder messages at the user's requested times.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the number of reminders you set. Typical usage is 1–10 messages per day.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages according to your plan. PRMRY Reminders does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the Service at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message from the Service. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from PRMRY Reminders.

Help: For help or support, reply HELP to any message, or contact prmryhealth@gmail.com.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile phone number you provide to use the Service.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal reminder purposes. You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content.

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, or accuracy of reminders. You are solely responsible for acting on (or not acting on) any reminder.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew Singer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed appointments, missed medications, or other missed tasks.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
